WHAT SIZE ARE THE MATTRESSES & TIPIS?
Mattresses are 160cm by 70cm.
Tipis are 120cm long, 75cm wide and 110cm tall.
WILL THE ROOM BE BIG ENOUGH?
A full set up of 7 tipis requires a large room (25m2). However, there are different configurations so the best idea is to discuss it before the party.
CAN I HIRE ADDITIONAL TIPIS?
Additional tipis can be hired for CHF 80 per unit.
CAN I EXTEND THE HIRE PERIOD?
Standard period of hire is from the afternoon of the party until the following morning. Extensions can be agreed for an additional fee, subject to availability.
CAN THE TIPIS BE USED OUTSIDE?
Due to the delicate fabrics, the tipis are for indoor use only.
HOW IS THE BEDDING WASHED?
All bedding and blankets are washed on a 60-degree cycle following each sleepover with eco-friendly laundry detergents.
WHAT IS THE AGE RANGE?
The minimum age for the equipment hire is 5 years old, and there is no maximum age.
WHAT LOCATIONS IS HIRE PROVIDED?
Soiree Pyjama is based in Nyon. Tipis hire can be provided to all locations between Geneva, Divonne les Bains (France) and Lausanne. However, if you are located outside these regions and you would like our services, a supplement per km will have to be considered, please contact us for a personalized offer.
PAYMENT
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A payment of 50% is required at the time of booking.Â
Remaining balance to be paid 14 days before the booking. Payments to be made by bank transfer.
CANCELLATIONS
A refundable deposit of CHF 150 to be paid at the same time as the remaining balance.
Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the reservation date. Cancellations after that date will be liable to the deposit.
